Contexte

At 10RUPTiV, we have been developing automation and optimization solutions for our clients for years. But before transforming other people’s day-to-day work, we decided to transform our own.

Like any growing company, we were facing a constant increase in the volume of emails, support tickets, technical alerts, meetings, and repetitive tasks.
Many small daily actions… which, when combined, represented several hours per week.

So we built our own internal artificial intelligence: an autonomous assistant working behind the scenes, 24/7, to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline the team’s work.

The Initial Problem

Before AI, our teams had to manually manage:

Emails

  • Sort, classify, and archive messages from the “big boss”
  • Identify the nature of each new email (client, internal, spam, urgent request, etc.)

  • Every month: automatically produces a summary for each client, with no human intervention

  • Mondays: global summary of alerts from the previous week
  • Every morning: status update on ongoing alerts
