Create an auto-reply for Outlook under Windows

Steps to follow

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to the File tab

   3. In the page that will open, there will be the Automatic Replies option, click on it

 

    4. Then, you must check the Send automatic replies option to be able to create your message

    5. It is important to click on the Outside my organization  option in order to make the automatic response visible to those              outside your organization

Note: It is possible to program the time slot for automatic replies (the date and duration of the response)
